Exceptional Customer Service

A few months ago I got so frustrated by Mondo and Telkom mobile that I couldn't hold back but to lash off to what seemingly was felt deeply by Mondo (less by Telkom as they are on the back end of my contract). Mondo reverted back to me the same day to understand what the disapointment was all about in the attempt to resolve it.

The Consultant by the name of Kimona ensured I was kept updated of every step of the way as she kept engaging with Telkom. I must applaud her for her exceptional people s****s coupled with phenomenal customer-centric service. She managed to turn my worst experience into a great one.

I might have cancelled the contract with Telkom but no love lost with Mondo.
