Exceptional Customer service
This was my second interaction with your customer service department and I have to say that I'm very impressed at the exceptional agents you have!
Lintle was very helpful and followed up with the relevant department so that my application can be finalized.
Mondo really has rockstars working for them and should keep doing what they're doing as every agent I've spoken to does an awesome job!

26 May 2023, 00:11Hi I've contacted the customer service team yesterday to get a follow up on the sales team calling me to finalize my application but to date, haven't received a call back yet.
As previously mentioned I got the reference number of RCO399162 and told that sales will call me but I am still waiting for the call as I urgently need this to be finalized.
Please advise.
