Excellent Service well done Nivashan

<p>I called Mondo today to follow up on the cancellation I did with them last week Thursday. I spoke to the guy by the name of Jansen initally who was also helpful but since I had not heard about the collection of the wifi router. I called today and spoke to a bubbly, vibrant and very helpfull individual by the name of Nivashan Maduray. Such a pleasure to deal with an individual who is fluent, clear and doesnt hide any fine print to the customers. Now thats what I call service well done Nivashan your company should be proud!!! </p>
