Totally overwhelmed with the way in which he handled my query including the positive feedback from Trevek. His outstanding personality together with his manners and apologies made to me on behalf of the service I received from MTN was excellent. I would prefer speaking with him if ever i have a problem with Mondo as his service to me was the best that I have ever received from any other call center agent.
