Excellent Service & Great Attitude
On the 16th of April, I logged a complaint against Mondo, regarding a cellphone my mother had taken on contract. I was then immediately contacted by Kimona, who apologized for everything and also endured us that this issue would be resolved ASAP. I am happy to say that within a short space of time, this entire issue was solved, the phone was delivered to my mother and she is extremely happy with the way Kimona handled everything and ensured that we were always kept in the loop as to the status of our complaint. Kimona provided us with any excellent service.<br>
