Excellent service by Khanya Ndlovu

Today Khanya Ndlovu contacted me regarding one of my Vodacom contracts that was due for an upgrade. I experienced unbelievable good service. The contract is for my daughter and he had both of us on the call. I always have a lot of questions and ask about all possible combinations to get the best value for money. He had so much patience and explained all options. When that was completed he talked to me about a data contract I have for my nephew. On his own initiative he looked at all my other accounts and considered better options. The contract was for 80 gigs per month and my nephew only used 2 gig per month. I never knew. He converted that for me to a laptop and 5 Gig data for the same monthly premium. Now that is going the extra mile. We also had my nephew on the call to discuss it with him.
