Candis Govender called me back like less than 5 minutes after I called Mondo Customer Care Centre , as I wanted to take up a Data Contract. She went through all terms and conditions , got credit approval immediately. All done and dusted in less than 5 minutes. Well done to Candice on her attitude , approach to customers over the phone.
