Excellent service

After a long struggle and a lot of thought, i want to Thank Kym for not pressuring me or keeping me on a line or even treat me like another person who they can convince to take out a new contract but to take her time listening to my issue and take in consideration that i wasn't treated in a professional matter.

My wish is for all salesman and women to follow her example and to learn from her , thanks to Kym i will not be canceling any of my contracts, however after her service I'm looking to upgrade on a better deal.
