Excellent customer service

Just wanted to say thank you to Tyrone Murugan for the excellent service he offered to me. I was battling for the last two weeks to find out about my contract status but he assisted me with ease. We need more people like him in the customer service who are willing to serve the customers but listen and giving full attention. People who know why they decide to wake up and go to work.
