Excellent customer Service

I called in on the 6 May 2020 requesting to cancel a contract that I had previously agreed to however due to changing circumstances, I no longer required. I spoke to Amanda, explained my requirements and she investigated and told me of the process that would follow. She took down my details and informed me that once the process was complete she would advise that the contract is cancelled. I am impressed with her professionalism and pride in her work, it was a pleasure dealing with her
