Excellent customer service

I called in to cancel the contract , and i was assisted by mr Prince Ndlovu who was very helpfull and understood my frustration, he asked me how to make the deal better and offered to make the contract more meaningful by adding a microsoft free without additional charges . I am happy with the way he communicated with me and how he he handled my challenge, and i decided to keep the contract . Thank you for the excellent service.
