I was billed for migration promotion where vodacom promised that i will be paying a similar amount as what i have been paying previously R143.48 only a caller rate plan will change but surprisingly when i receive my monthly statement i was charged R286.09 an additional fee of about R142.58. called vodacom rewards REF No:21370 and the consultant that was helping me log a dispute is Mr Prince Ndlovu, he was too kind and helpful
