Exceeding customer expectations.

I purchased a handset device from Mondo and requested them to deliver the 16GB internal memory device, but they delivered the 8GB internal memory device. After bringing the matter to their attention a consultant by the name of Kimona exceeded my customer expectations, when she told me that two months premiums will be creditted into my bank account on the 22/05/2020; So that i can buy a memory card.
