Empty promises

<p>I was contacted in April being offered a cellphone contract. They called me again on the 3rd to do the contract but it was never completed. I have called them 3 times on ********** 888, only to be told someone will call me back. This has never happened!!!!!!. If this is the type of service they offer, i am glad that i have not got the contract. If it was declined, why was i never called????? </p>
