Easy to talk with Moe the chatbolt. Options given to me as an applicant were easy and clear. And I have to commend the use of a chatbolt on WhatsApp, it is a great idea which helps makes things easier for us the customers. I think the only thing they have to look at is feedback when done to talking to Moe. It should be more clear, transparent and direct.
