Don’t use RewardsCo and Buy Mondo to handle your cellphone business

We received the incorrect phone after doing an upgrade for MTN via RewardsCo/BuyMondo. They blatantly **** on the phone on more than one occasion to secure the sale. They made us drive around to return the phone instead of collecting the incorrect one that they got delivered. We did everything we could do to get them what they needed to solve THEIR MISTAKES and got them all the numbers, references, etc. they needed within a couple days. Three weeks down the line we are STILL waiting for them to cancel the contract. They have had all they needed to cancel the contract since a few weeks ago and yet they haven’t cancelled it. They keep telling us the same thing on the phone and after all this time haven’t had the decency to deliver even one of the things they should be expected to deliver. Don’t do business with these guys. Rather handle your cellphone business directly. Almost a month after doing the contract process, and I’m still without a phone. All I have received from them are lies and empty promises.
