Dont mislead your clients

So yesterday i received a phone call from Mondo vodacom. Regarding a cellphone deal. Did the whole procedure and was told that i would be reciving a huawiw Nova Y62 plus. In the next couple of days. So i accepted all. And agreed to all. Then did not receive any information regarding anything to this deal. I contact Mondo and then told that its not a sell phone deal its a sim deal which im not intrested in i must pay the amount for a data sim card instead of a cellphone. Then when i want to cancel it im told they cant do nothing and i must contact vodacom a cancel with them. How do you think its right im going to sit out of pocket now paying a canceltion fee because your consultant mislead me ito thinking im getting a celphone deal. Im fuming. As of yet still have not received any information.
