Don't ever Buy Mondo

Some **** from Mondo phoned me to offer me 10Gb for R170 a month. I told him bull****, but he continued that it's legit, so I took it. When I received the package, it ends up being 10GB in a Telkom hotspot. I phoned and cancelled, and they wanted me to courier the device back to them. **** that! They eventually said they will send a courier, but after 6 months I had to phone again.

This time they promised they would contact me with a solution, so I laughed because I knew they wouldn't. 5 days later a courier guy is at my flat waiting for me to pick up the device, while I'm at work. No one informed me about this.

Anyway, nothing has been solved in more than a year and the debit orders are still flying out. So, they have been basically *****ing my money since accepting the fault on their behalf
