Do yourself a favor and never use Mondo!
Worst service ever. I returned a contract cell phone I got from them 5 months ago! To this day that contract hasn’t been cancelled. I am being charged for a phone I don’t have.
When I call to follow up they just tell me ‘there was a technical error’ with the cancellation. What kind of ‘technical error’ takes months to resolve🤷🏽♀️
These people hounded me for weeks to get me to upgrade with them. It took 4 days to get the device delivered. But now that they have had my business they can’t be bothered!
