Disturbing, i need answers

I was calles by Mondo on behalf of Telkom in June 2017 offering me a 24 month contract which had benefits of data, my contract ended in June 2019, however i was not called and asked whether i wanted tp continue with the contract or whether i wanted to move over to a month to month Telkom/Mondo assumed i wanted to continue on a month to month and continued charging me.. I called Telkom as i received a outstanding bill of two thousand and some odd called Telkom to find out what it was all about and finding out the situation is deeper. Telkom has discovered that there has been two contracts activated on my name on the same day the one which i am aware about has been cancelled, and has ended however there is a another number which had a device with it which i have not received, i am in shock, please dont tell me that i paying for something i did not receive... I need answers!!!!!!!
