Dissatisfied about IPhone order

I have moved from being impressed with your service to being very disappointed. I ordered a phone on 1 October and have called countless times trying to find out when I can expect it because the consultant that helped me with the application said my application was approved approved, not sure what that means, and that I should expect a call from DSV about delivery. I followed up a few times and the consultants I’ve spoken to have assured me that it would be delivered but I had to wait because the phone I ordered is in high demand which I understand, but they were all meant to call me back within 48 hours but nothing.
