Dissapointed client.

Extremely upset, have been waiting for my parcel only to be told by courier that it was returned back to Mondo and I was not told but my money was deducted. I tried to call ***, few minutes ago and it is telling me they are closed I need to call back during office hours, kanjani when it's Friday Midday and your page says you close at 17h00?
