Disrespectful agents

Had a call from this company today from a agent called Ruvash. I am also in the insurance industry and customer service is very important. Please train your agents to not be so rude and pushy and accept and answer that is given. If someone asks you to please give them time understand that its because this is not a time for people to be spending money without budgeting for it in the right way. Please get your staff trained on empathy and customer service.
