Dishonesty on their word

I app**** for a new MTN contract through the MTN website, only to find out that MTN contracts are managed by Mondo. Unfortunately, dealing with Mondo has been an absolute nightmare. They are unprofessional, disorganized, and dishonest. Every agent I speak to provides a completely different story.

One moment, they’ll assure you via email that everything is in order, with an ETA of 3-5 days. The next moment, when you call for an update, they’ll say they have all the documents but are still waiting for one department to upload them.

This process has been incredibly frustrating, and it feels like there’s no accountability or consistency in their service.
