Dishonest people who are after sales

You guys are really getting out of hand, i signed up for a new Mtn contract and have been complaining for weeks to get the delivery of the agreement which was for a HUAWEI P30 lite, I received a delivery today for ONLY a SIM Card and the guys says to me that "probably the device is on its way I called in and the gentleman tells me that I agreed for only a sim card deal which is not true, the lady who gave me the offer gave me options of all the cellphone deals that I qualified for and i chose the HUAWEI P30 lite and now the delivery comes with only a sim card how is that possible, you guys are playing with people, I will reverse any debit orders going forward from MTN because this is not what was agreed upon, I will cancel any debit order from your company! You people are dishonest just to make sales, ya'll can come and collect your sim card.
