Dishonest Company

I was called in August by a representative of Mondo on behalf of Telkom on a Wifi Router package which sounded great as the person promised 2gig in Normal time & further 1,5gig Midnite Surfing.I agreed to the package on the basis of the 2gig which I repeated if she was certain of that.She agreed & I agreed on the contract.She offered a free sim card with a further 500meg for total of R108 pm. The package arrived & cap was reached in 3days of using. I called Mondo & said why did i run out & they said that there is no 2gig & is a 500mb package & I asked them to investigate & few weeks later called them & lady said I agreed to all of that & I said according to CPA I want the recording to review with a lawyer as its heresay what I said & what the rep said. I am still waiting for the recording from Shaista.I wish to cut my losses so far and cancel from this ***** contract & stay clear from these ***** companies. A word of advice to all is rather agree on written contracts rather than these pesty callers who promise the world & deliver ****.They can pick their router as I can get a better from Telkoms competitors.
