Please cancel my contract with immediate effect today hlekani Irene motilene cell ********** 932.I am not interested with any product from monde as it named your agent consultant phone under the name of Telkom not monde.She even said they will debit R70 and give me 3000 minutes which is a lie.Even before I receive the sim card R99.99 was debited in my account which is against consumer protection act.Now after the delivery of the sim card I received a a message that they will debit another amount within 24 hours which I find it insane and a total ripoff. Since your sim card is not even registered yet just do the right thing and cancel it I need any further explanation to this I will also instruct my bank to block your debit.If this is not done Telkom will be informed and take further action against your dishonesty in the company.Hope this email find you well.Thank you.
