disgusting service

we have been waiting for over a year for you to cancel my contract that you messed up on and every month you still charge me. i call every month in order to sort it out but still to date nothing is sorted. every time we call you say that the problem has been escalated for urgent response. i will never recommend your service to anyone. i need this sorted out still today
