Disgusted,Unreliable and dishonest Service Providers................

<p>I received a call from Buy Mondo's Call Centre.I very friendly Consultant spoke to me to sold one of the Top , latest Huawei Cellphone.I was very interested when i heard it was one of the LATEST phone's without realising it is actually one of the cheapest models on the market.I then told the consultant I am intestested and he can deliver the phone to my work.HE said it will take 2-3 days to be delivered.he then advised me if I am not happy with the phone I can cancel it within 7 working days after delivery and signing for the phone.</p> <p>1st bad experience was the phone was delivered after a week.</p> <p>2nd bad experience - When I received the phone on the 07 February I was not happy with the phone and told the delivery guy I do not like the model of the phone ...He still told me I need to sign for the phone and have 7 days to cancel it.The following day I called in and cancelled the contract ***.the consultant confirm the phone will be cancelled within 2-3 working days.</p> <p>3rd bad experience:On the 20th of Febraury the 1st payment came from my account.I then called back and then was advised that MTN need to cancel the contract.</p> <p>4th bad experience:I then called MTN and they advised they cannot pick up any contract from there side SO WHO IS ACTUALLY LYING TO ME ????????????????.</p> <p>5th bad experience: I then call Mondo again and I was told they are offline and can only assist once they go online.TO DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL FROM THEM ?????????????????????</p> <p>To date my account is still being debited and the contract has still not been cancelled .... WHAT KIND OF TERRIBLE SERVICE IS THAT????????????????</p> <p>I AM COMPLETED DISGUSTED WITH THE TERRIBLE SERVICE ......................</p> <p> </p> <p>UNSATISFIED AND DISGUSTED CUSTOMER </p> <p> </p>
