*********** and absolutely useless. Tried to upgrade, they do not see documents. Call center take over an hour to answer the reception before transferring to agents. Absolutely disgusting and www.mondo.co.za doesn't even work, even more disgusting. Would never use or recommend this service. #MTN you will lose customers because of these *********** people at Mondo. If I could give zero, I would. USELESS...
