Disgusted

Bad Bad. I recently took out a mtn home router with Mondo spoke with an Indian guy over the phone. Fast forward i get the router its not working, I then go to MTN they tell me that the address is wrong and they would move the address to where I currently reside for the router to work. Came back plugged the wifi it still showed "connected without internet" left it plugged on thinking it'll work since the address was changed. Woke up in the morning wifi worked for about 2 hours and it stopped working from there on. Called MTN they told me there's no coverage in my area. I than called Mondo to tell them about this they told me they cannot cancel the contract since it worked. But I believe the guy helped with when taking the contract committed ***** because he asked me for my address I gave him my correct address but it was linked to a Rustenburg address but the delivery address was right (how surprising) and when I ask the name of whom I spoke with that day. They telling me of a lady and I didn't take out the contract with a lady. Im stuck with a wifi i cannot use for 2 years.
