DISGUSTED

Mondo sold me a contract from MTN. Not very happy with the device - had the phone for 4 day and sim card was never activated, they never gave me a choice to choose the color, the phone was for a man (purple phone). I sent back the device in the same condition I got it, within the 5 or 7 days policy. It took the agent 3 weeks to cancel the line, got confirmation that the line is cancelled and still the debit order went off & it is a lot of money. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of Mondo as their lines are always "busy".
