Disgraceful service

Absolutely disgusting service contract was approved on the 16th of February 2022, was told that it would take 3-10 business for my product to arrive, would you belive that I'm still waiting for my parcel today, all ive gotten was excuses and shoving the blame to the courier, but the real disgraceful thing is, that when it's goin to be money taking time, they are not going to hesitate, i would hope to thini they will see this immediately and contact me, because i want compensation for this, as i could not start my studies as im awaiting on the laptop
