Disappointing

I received a call from lady stating that she is calling from vodacom and she sold me some package i told her i will have to speak with my husband first so after that she kept on calling non stop until 13 November 2023 when i was with my husband then she explained we decided to take the offer she advised us that within 3 days we will receive a call for delivery arrangements

From 20th of November 2023 i have calling almost every week to do a follow up every time i called i get a different consultant with a different story everytime they will say they are escalting the matter

I even called today they still saying they are escalating the matter i think i am wasting my time and money by caling this people almost everyday its frustrating and to even think that they are the one who called first ****es me off because now its me running after them

This is highly unacceptable and unprofessional they are messing with our feeling
