Difficult to contact & cancel.

A tele-marketer phoned me on 15 May 2019. Offered me a R75 deal for 1 Gig of data on my tablet. I told her I would rather upgrade to a new tablet. She said there are no current deals on tablets.

I told het to phone me later, since I want to investigate. Long story short... she convinced me to take the contract. But as soon as we finished the conversation, I decided to search for a deal. Found a good deal for R99 with new tablet, and emailed and phoned Mondo to cancel.

All their operators are busy, and I have not received a response on my email message. Message-ID: **********
