Device offering misinformation

App**** for MTN contract in January for a Huawei P20 pro. I then received a call within the week and was told I don't qualify for the P20 pro was offered similarly priced and more pricey mobile phones.

How was the determination that I don't qualify for this device made if I am being offered costlier options? Does not make sense.

If there is no stock of the device simply remove it from your website.
