Delivery of my parcel from MTN

The service is poor, yesterday I received a missed call from *** when I answered the call was dropped so I then checked the on true caller and it was DSV number. I called back and the phone rang until it dropped itself. This morning I received an email from them claiming they called me and my delivery was pushed to the 24, so I called the number they provided on the email and its only 9 numbers. These people are supposed to deliver my parcel to me and they're giving a runaround.

And their consultant called me on Tuesday afternoon to make delivery arrangements. I am really ****ed by this cause I will be at work on the 24. And I am using my airtime to call them. Yho I have never been treated in such a manner. 😡😡😡😡
