Delivery of a WRONG ORDER

I app**** for a contract with Mondo for a cellphone device however yesterday i received a wrong order instead of a cellphone device however i received a 3G router, what frustrates me is that i have to be the one who constantly have to call and ask is to how far are they in coming to collect this 3G router and deliver the correct device i ordered, i am furious that i have been inconvenienced by all this
