Deliver or Refund

So I placed an order with Mondo for a new Telkom contract. Needless to say, I still await the cell phone. I called them, spoke to Fezile and he advised me to call DSV who does their deliveries and they gave me a reference number. Now, keep in mind, Mondo collected admin fee last week, before I even received a cell phone. Not sure how yo can collect monies but the client does not even have the item yet. DSV checked their system and advised me they cannot pick up anything with the reference I was supp**** with. Now my question, when will I receive this phone? If nothing is received by Friday, 02/08/2019, please cancel this contract and refund my monies. Never have I waited this long for a delivery, EVER
