For the first time ever I experienced the best customer service from any establishment.

It had been months that my Galaxy Watch 3 had not been sent out by MTN as part of my deal when taking a new contract. I'd been calling MTN on multiple occasions and they were clueless as to what was happening to my order

Somehow it landed onto this lovely girl's desk called Prenusha From the mondo team

She contacted me and assisted me step by step without compromise, unfortunately I hadn't gotten the watch but I was refunded the money watch cost. Which is generous.

If it hadn't been for Prenusha and her professional, deliverable and amazing customer service skill I would have still been upset, just like all customers who don't get what we want. Mondo Team please give this lovely lady an incentive
