Deceiving sales person at Mondo

I got a call from one of your sales persons with the name of Rachell yesterday who told me that she is from Vodacom and that I'm due for an upgrade.

She then proceed to tell me about the R199 pm router of 5 gig as well as a cheaper contract of R238.00 per month with 200 min of airtime, 650 mb of data and 200 sms'e

I've proceeded to agree with her by taking out the new contracts as she told me my current contract is due for an upgrade and I would be saving almost R400

After talking to her I actually went and check on my Vodacom contract and saw that I'm only eligible to upgrade on the 01/01/19 and my contract period ends on 2019-04-30.

She thus ****, in order to make a sale and if I didn't go back to my vodacom contract and picked up that my contract only end the 30th of April 2019, I would be sitting with an additional 2 contracts, costing me R438 per month for 24 months!!

I've immediately phoned their customer care on ********** 666 which I got from vodacom's custormer care, where I've cancelled it telephonically, but haven't received any confirmation as yet. I wrote a mail to them where I've explained what happened but haven't received any reply as yet, and when I phoned this morning again their customer care told me that only one contract was cancelled. I then requested her to cancell the 2nd order as well, again

This is totally unacceptable, and I will make sure to warn everybody about this!
