Dear Mondo Mobile Team, I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to share some feedback regarding my experience with your service. Overall, I find the service itself to be alright — things seem to function as expected, and I appreciate the general layout and accessibility of your offerings. However, I’ve encountered ongoing frustration with the application process. Despite multiple attempts, my application has been consistently declined without much clarity or explanation. This has made the experience quite discouraging, especially when there’s little indication of what could be done differently to be approved. I would greatly appreciate more transparency around the decision process, or at least some guidance on how to improve my chances in future applications.
