You are so rude it is disgusting. Mondo sent me an email saying they would call with one of the following numbers: ***, ***. Only to be called with this number: 0(64) ***. I felt unsafe to give out my details to a number I do not know. I asked her to confirm she is from Mondo. Only to be rudely answered with “where would I have gotten your details from” and further asked questions. Be careful of this *********. When I asked her why the specificed number didn’t call me, she said she does not know why and she is not even aware of the number she is calling with. This is already in breach of the new POPIA Act. Instead of giving a potential customer surety that they are talking to the right person, you give them an attitude. Very disgusting and pathetic ANELE LANGA. She then proceeded to tell me to wait for that number whenever it would decided to call. Would have given a zero rating, unfortunately I needed to rate, in order to review.
