********* dealing and dishonest
This company is not honest in their way of doing business, was interested in a tablet deal through phonefinder, it showed me a deal I could get with MTN, and was interested. I was called and did all the verifications, when I asked if there where any hidden costs, I was told no. A day later, get another call, saying I must take insurance through Mondo in case something happens to me that they get paid for the contract, and they also charging seperately now for the data which was part of the original offer. I then declined and requested deal to be cancelled. Cannot do business with ********* and dishonest people.

Thanks for the reply. I was shocked to find out that the person (couldn't get their name) on the otherside was saying that it was compulsory to take the insurance, and the person also indicated that there was addittional cost for the router of over R200/month2 and the Insurance R70/month, yet the deal I app**** for online never indicated any of this addittional costs, and the person who phoned me prior from MTN indicated the router was included in the cost, and i speciffically asked if there were any other hidden costs, and they said no, only to be called a day later with the request for addittional costs for the router and insurance in excess of R300/month. I indicated that I did not sign up for that deal, if it was declared up front, I would be able to have the full picture and make an informed decision on that basis, not have half a picture and then make a decision based on that.
Thank you for confirming that the insurance is not compulsory. Please clear up the concern wrt the router as indicated above which is a package deal. If not, I would then not take the deal.
