1. Who can enter – You are entitled to participate in this competition if you are a natural person who is a South African resident over the age of 18 and are an existing Mondo Customer.
2. How to enter – Submit a review of our service to you on HelloPeter and stand a chance to win.
3. How many times you can enter – you may only enter once; duplicate entries will not be considered.
4. No entry fees – There are no entry fees to participate in the competitions.
5. Prize – All positive reviews are entered into the lucky draw to win a R1 000 cash prize.
6. Winner – The winner of the competition will be selected randomly using a third-party selection tool.
7. Forfeit of prizes – However, there are certain situations in which a winner will forfeit the prize, namely:

i. If MONDO receives no response from the winner or is unable to contact the winner after at least three attempts over a 5 day period,ii. he/she fails to provide such further information as may be reasonably requested by MONDO in order to determine his/her identity and to process and or facilitate his/her acceptance or use of the prize within 24 hours of request by MONDO;iii. or if she/he fails to accept delivery of the prize after MONDO has made at least two attempts to deliver it; oriv. it is ******** for that winner to receive the prize. In the event of a forfeit, MONDO reserves the right to redraw and award the prize to another eligible entrant.
