Customer service is pathetic

I'm highly disappointed and frustrated with Rewardsco. I've sent numerous emails to Roland with regards to my query. He insisted if I have any issues, I just need to send him an email. I haven't received any satisfaction for my query to he resolved. Can someone please contact me on ********** 415. The customer service support is pathetic and I want my query to be sorted out. I expect answers as this has been carrying on for months. No one is helpful and when I raised the issue with Roland he said MTN should the confirmation to perform a reversal on an upgrade. This needs to be sorted and I dont want any excuses. Roland just does not respond. I expect my issue to be sorted out asap.
