Customer service excellence

<p>I was pleasantly surprised by the professional courtesy I received from Nivashan Maduray of Mondo's customer service when he called me following an email query. I'm so used to agents calling, dealing with just my query half heartedly then ringing off but not this agent. He attended to my query and offered further assistance plus welcome advice on y new account regarding billing and service charges. He was so frank and clear..that surely if every agent attends to customers like that then there would be no need for complaints. I know what to expect from a first bill and what to do to protect myself from unexpected and unwanted charges. Nivashan has impressed.. Way to go, Mondo!</p>
