Mondo you can be very proud of your Customer Service skills. I logged a call today regarding my new contract and Amelia aswered the call. She listened to every word i had to say and gave me more feedback than i requested. I was i little bit sceptic of mondo, i did not know if i am going to get the same old bad service that i use to get from the other cellphone dealers, but after today, you made my day with the excellent service i received from Amelia.

I will never use any other company other than Mondo and will tell all my friends and family about this excellent customer service i resieved. You can be very proud of your systems that is working very well and with the excellent staff that you have. Amelia once again thank you for your time and assistance with the questions i had.
