I would like to thank Kuveshen Govender from Mondo mobile, initially I had registered a complaint with regards to the service that I had received from Mondo pertaining to a contract that was taken out by myself with Mondo, I won't go into detail about the complaint, but I was contacted by Kuveshen who handled my query effectively and resolved it which turned my experience from an initial disappointment to a more positive experience.<br> <br> Thank you Kuveshen. <br>
