Customer Obsession

A large number of us as customers believe we are Godly and should scream and shout to get our way, scary customers are calm and friendly because they in it to win it. I came in calm ready for war and then spoke to Tia Munsami from Mondo. She understood what it was like to deal with a customer and displayed the characteristics of a trainer and leader in customer service. She took me from saying "goodbye to Mondo and any telephonic sign ups" to "okay I'll take the upgrade and continue my relationship with you". Congratulations Mondo you have a leader who will probably do wonders dealing with future clients or recruits for your business.

If she was a guy I'd say offer her a drink, since she's a lady. Give her 2 ?
